Sometimes one has to be reasonable and follow the motto of the special forces: ‘To be and to last’.
The pain in the foot is not healing well despite the medical treatment and probably due to the continued daily walks.
Ina has therefore decided to take a break for a month and – subject to medical approval – to resume again at La Rochelle.
She is having an X-ray taken on Monday and will be consulting a sports doctor in Perros Guirec on Wednesday. His views will be followed!
The morale is good.
